    Andrew Fletcher is a journalist, broadcaster, lecturer and trainer with more than two decades’ experience in network news. He has been chosen as the voice of some of BBC radio’s flagship news programmes such as Radio 1 ‘Newsbeat’, Radio 5 Live ‘Breakfast’ and ‘The Report’ on Radio 4. He has reported on high profile stories including the search for April Jones in mid-Wales, the Washington DC sniper attacks, the Salford riots and the Bosley wood mill explosion. Currently, he combines presenting and reporting for ITV Granada Reports, BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Radio 4, with lecturing on TV and radio journalism at the University of Salford.
